Business Development Manager – Age in Place Specialist

Home Modification Solutions is a social enterprise not for profit organisation specialising ion delivering Aged Care and Disability modification and maintenance services in the Sutherland, St George areas. Our focus is to support our customers to live independently in their own home by providing a consumer directed, holistic service to allow our customers the choice to age in place using an evidence based Wellness approach.
The Business Development Manager will work to further develop Home Modification Solutions market position as the Age in Place specialist across the greater Sydney region. The role will work to build customer and stakeholder relationships, further develop the organisations knowledge of market conditions, technologies and trends.
The Business Development Manager will also source new customers and develop new business opportunities to further grow the business. The Business Development Manager will also support existing customers to identify, manage and plan for the management of their Wellness needs.
This role would suit and inquisitive, creative thinker who takes a solutions focussed approach to address customer needs.
