Good Shepherd is currently seeking an experienced Community Fundraising Coordinator to grow the community fundraising program across Sydney and Melbourne.

We are looking for a motivated fundraising professional with an established and proven track record in fundraising.

Your creative and innovative approach to community fundraising will enhance the fundraising program. Using your initiative and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively you will directly build successful relationships with supporters, donors, sponsors and prospects, with a focus on increasing financial support for Good Shepherd through third party fundraising and events, to achieve organisational goals.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Drive the development and implementation of Good Shepherds community fundraising program.
• Have fundraising experience ideally within the not-for-profit sector and working within a diverse group of people or with strong transferable skill set to match the requirements of the role.
• Utilise your outstanding networking and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with supporters with an ability to relate sensitively, compassionately and respectfully with all people.
• Have high level competency across all social media (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), and eDM applications (ie. MailChimp), Google Apps; and online ticketing (ie Eventbrite).
• Demonstrated ability to work productively both autonomously and as a member of a team
• Have an understanding and desire to positively and constructively represent Good Shepherds mission, vision and values at every opportunity.
