Bush Heritage Australia is a leading conservation organisation, protecting our unique plants and animals and the habitats they rely on. Over the last 25 years, Bush Heritage has protected the habitat of over 200 species of native animals and plants threatened with extinction.
We are seeking an experienced Data Services Officer with demonstrated experience in working with CRM databases in a marketing environment.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for supporter data extractions and uploads, and associated processes and systems
- Campaign analysis and reporting
- Data integrity and cleansing, and gift data reconciliation
- Responsible for backup CRM user support
Your skills:
- Experience in executing complex data extractions
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (including a high level of expertise in manipulating and presenting data)
- High level of attention to detail
Your previous data services experience will be highly regarded. Prior NGO experience will also be highly regarded. You are energetic and able to think on your feet, and have the ability to take the initiative and work with minimum supervision.
