An exciting opportunity exists to be part of Our Watch; established to drive nationwide change in the culture, behaviours and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children. Our Watch is looking for an experienced candidate to fill the role of Executive Assistant to support the CEO, the Chair and the Board of Our Watch and contributes to the effectiveness and image of Our Watch and the organisational culture of creativity and excellence.
The key focus of the role is to support the CEO, Chair and Board.
At least five years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or equivalent role is essential
• Experience in working with a not-for-profit organisation would be highly regarded
• Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft office applications, in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint would be highly regarded
• Experience with databases e.g. CRM, Board portals would be advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and to develop relationships
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Board, Senior Executive Team and staff in the Office of the CEO.
