Information Officer

Information is a central determinant in enabling older people to make good decisions. The Information Line is an integral component of the organisation‐wide information outreach strategy and will contribute to the development of resources for this purpose. This position will be responsible for ensuring that COTA continues to be the information destination for older Victorians by ensuring that our information database is up to date with the information needed by older Victorians and that access to information by older people and their supporters is optimised using and adapting new technologies.
