CMS and IT Coordinator

Take technical or non-technical enquiries via telephone, email or in-person and troubleshoot and manage the enquiry.

Address simple hardware, software or network problems within a reasonable timeframe or recognise and escalating difficult issues to the appropriate external IT vendor.

Gathering information and write reports on business system requirements and specifications to vendors and directors.

Essentials:
•Understand the functionality of an online management system and its relation to the administration of core business functions such as membership, finance, events or education.
•Assist internal staff in performing membership, finance and event or education related tasks on the system, as well as investigating and solving problems or improving procedures.
•Experience with various platforms such as, a forum and a webinar and not be afraid to tackle new systems.
•Familiar with using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
•Knowledge of marketing and its application to graphic design and online advertising, in order to promote the organisation’s brand, its members and their professional interests.
•Extensive experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic, web design and editing.
•Good proof-reading, literacy and numeracy skills, plus an attention to detail.
•An understanding of Google Analytics and social media platforms.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirables:
•Execute basic HTML and HTML5 to modify email marketing or webpage appearance.
•Basic knowledge of IT hardware.

Previous experience:
•2+ years in Information Technology
