Performance Effectiveness Coordinator

Act for Peace is looking for an experienced Performance Effectiveness Coordinator to lead the ongoing development and implementation of our Agency Development and Effectiveness Work Plan, with a main focus on the work of the Programs and Policy Team.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who would like to work with our growing team, and can demonstrate experience in:
– Translation of policies into practice in humanitarian, protection disaster preparedness programs or sustainable development programming;
– Design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and systems;
– Field-level programming, partner capacity building, advocacy and or policy development;
– DFAT accreditation; and
– Data management.

We are looking for a team member with great coordination skills and an ability to inspire and work with a range of stakeholders including staff and overseas-based partners. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.

In addition, Act for Peace is seeking a candidate with experience in development and implementation of Child Safeguarding / Child Protection policies to take on our Child Protection Focal Point role.
