Business Transition Manager

TEAMhealth is a not for profit organisation that provides quality mental health services, focused on support, recovery and rehabilitation in regional and remote communities of the Northern Territory’s Top End. TEAMhealth has provided outreach services, support and advocacy for Territorians with a mental illness since 1987.

The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in the Territory requires significant planning and preparation for TEAMhealth in transforming current systems and processes to ensure that they are able to be personalised, customised and are relevant in a consumer driven environment

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and an integral part of the Management Group, the Business Transition Manager will provide operational guidance and transition management support as TEAMhealth programs prepare for and transition to the NDIS.

This is a twelve month contract role.

Possessing qualifications in management and/or a relevant discipline plus three (3) years senior experience operating with limited direction and high accountability the successful applicant will have a proven record in managing projects for successful outcomes displaying strong business acumen and a high level of initiative.

The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate and NT Driver’s Licence.
