Our purpose-built online workplace giving platform as well as our work in advising on corporate community investment strategy, and managing corporate foundations and grants programs has supported businesses and donors to give more than of $155 million to over 5,000 Australian and international communities since 2001.

Having worked with hundreds of companies and government departments over the years, we currently count almost 20 per cent of the ASX100 as clients, although our services extend across small to medium businesses as we deliver solution that meet specific needs. In this last year alone, we have granted funds to around 2500 not-for-profits across Australia and New Zealand.

Overview
Good2Give requires a highly competent self-starter to join our team as a full-time Client Relations Manager to manage our growing corporate client customers in Sydney and Brisbane. This is a replacement role.

You will have three to five years account management experience. You might be currently working in client facing account management in the corporate sector in IT&T or fulfilment solutions (such as payments or payroll) or a Corporate Community/Social Responsibility role with a passion for technology that enables greater giving and looking for a new challenge. Your interaction with a wide variety of clients including many of the top Australian companies, Government and charities ensures this is a very exciting and diverse role, and one that will enable you to develop your business skills further and position you as an independent community investment adviser. You will be an integral part of the small Good2Give team, and excited by the opportunities that lie ahead in this complex and developing sector.

Position Responsibilities

The Client Relations Manager’s account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned client customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between client customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our giving solutions according to customer needs:

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors that builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships
• Apply a structured and consultative account management approach with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and manage programs, campaigns and project implementation and delivery
• Identify, qualify and progress cross-sell opportunities taking ownership of the full sales process through to closure.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client customer portfolio including high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Prepare proposals and contracts
• Forecast and track progress to key account metrics
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support to senior Good2Give staff as required

Requirements and Attributes

You will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A structured solution and client customer service focused approach
• Result driven and performance focused
• Ability to liaise with a range of C-level and managerial stakeholders in CSR, HR, payroll, and IT
• The ability to manage business pressures and client customer expectations
• Highly organised and an effective time manager to be able to manage multiple tasks with simultaneous delivery deadlines
• High degrees of initiative, motivation and professionalism
• Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM tools)
• Attention to detail
• High level of competence with the Microsoft suite of software programs (particularly Excel and Word)
• An interest and demonstrated understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
