We are a health promotion organisation providing for women in the Loddon Mallee Region, and are currently seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Finance and Business Systems Manager to join our team. Our highly respected, not-for-profit organisation works to achieve optimal health and wellbeing for all women in the region.

The role of the Finance and Business Systems Manager is fundamental to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and therefore, the ability to understand complex financial concepts is vital. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Officer to ensure that the service meets its contractual and financial accountability requirements to funding bodies and members of the service.

The key responsibilities for this role include;

• Prepare organisational budgets
• Develop and improve financial policies, procedures and systems
• Administer all payroll, superannuation and work cover responsibilities
• Process Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Stay abreast of all HR and financial legislation changes and inform EO
• Manage organisational insurances
• Provide regular financial reporting to Board
• Present yearly finance figures for audit
• Manage salary packaging
• Compile BAS statements

The successful candidate will possess; a qualification in Accounting, Financial Management or an associated discipline; proven experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of Quality Assurance.
