Position status
This is a full-time, fixed-term position. Contract from January 2017 to 15 Dec 2017.
Remuneration
Up to $85,000 (including superannuation) depending on skills and experience.

The position
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, and working with a small team, the Communications and Events Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the National Housing Conference 2017 (29 Nov – 1 Dec 2017, Sydney).
The successful applicant will have significant experience—and a proven track record—in all aspects of conference management, having preferably worked in-house with a professional services organisation. You will be able to demonstrate consistent high performance in project management, completing challenging tasks and meeting strict timelines.
You will have outstanding communications skills – understanding the positioning of the National Housing Conference as a flagship communications product for the organisation and you will be required to develop appropriate marketing and communications messages to promote the conference and attract delegates and sponsors.
