About the role

Role Purpose:

  • Working with the Information Management Framework (IMF) Project Manager, coordinate data migration ensuring data is accurately mapped to the new Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database from external sources including excel.
  • Responsible for supporting the effectiveness of  the new White Ribbon Information Management Framework (IMF)’s data to inform and drive strategic decision making long term.
  • Supports the ongoing maintenance of White Ribbon Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM) and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

Essential Selection Criteria

Essential

  • At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce CRM
  • At least 2 years’ experience and achievement in an information management role preferably in a non-government organisation.
  • Previous experience with donor or member database management systems including experience and confidence in editing tools and programs (XHTML/CSS).
  • Proven experience in electronic direct marketing implementation.
  • The desire to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills; high level of initiative.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly to fulfil individual and team performance.
  • Strong sense of drive and resilience. Action and result oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.

 

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Qualification in Project Management methodologies (such as Prince2, PMBOK).
  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Experience in community services or the not-for-profit sector.
  • An understanding of WH&S principles in the workplace.

 

Part time: 4 days per week 9am to 5pm
Duration: To 31 May 2017 with potential for extension
Start date: Immediate
