About the Role
The shared role of Volunteer Co-ordinator is to work with the current Outreach Services Volunteer Coordinator to recruit committed, competent volunteers to service the needs of clients.
About the Candidate
The role will provide the delivery of timely, effective and confidential administration support for Outreach programs and assist with information, management and coordination for volunteers and staff.
The candidate must have:
Previous experience in Volunteer Management and Coordination
Extensive experience in office management
Extensive experience in a not for profit volunteer based organisation
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Accurate record keeping
