The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be given the opportunity to learn all facets of the organisation. You will take responsibility for an initial group of customers, promoting excellence in customer service, including account management, the provision of quotations, update on works in progress and help to manage assigned jobs through the business.
As the Business Development Coordinator Representative, you will:
- Provide customer service to current and new corporate partners
- Identify and build relationships with potential new partners
- Conduct client warehouse tours to promote the unique services provided
- Generate quotes for new corporate contracts
- Work with the Business Manager in workforce planning to meet contract requirements
- Take the lead on feedback, disputes and complaints
Skills Required
This role would be suited to someone looking for a structured career path, with a positive can do attitude and a drive to succeed within a commercial company promoting corporate social responsibility.
Qualifications in marketing, business or commerce will be highly regarded.
