What does the role entail?
This is a rare opportunity to work with a highly respected and effective industry leader. We are now in a position to appoint an experienced Sales Support Coordinator for our VIC and SA fundraising team.
To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding opportunity, you will be an expert in supporting sales teams, managing and delivering all administrative and reporting so our Fundraising team is as effective as possible.
You will be a seasoned professional at managing a busy team with conflicting priorities, managing financial reporting, liaison with partners, diary management, and support for partnerships events as required. In order to remain ‘one step ahead’, at all times, you will need the ability to make judgement calls and prioritise whilst you remain calm, approachable and always positive.
In order to be successful in this role…
You will need to have experience supporting a sales team (several people at once), be a whiz at all things CRM & reporting, exposure to banking/cashflow, some experience in event coordination, and live for all things administration & support.
