Our client is a highly-respected child-centred and family-focused community services organisation that works with and supports vulnerable children and families. They are one of the most respected child welfare organisations in Victoria and today have acquired a distinguished reputation for their record of leadership and innovation in the design and provision of integrated child welfare services.
Currently undergoing an exciting period of growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior Manager- Human Resources to manage all of their HR generalist activities across People & Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide both strategic and operational human resources services and advise across the organisation and will be responsible for managing all the key areas of policy and procedures, recruitment and supporting employee capability, employee relations, OH&S and organisational culture and staff development.
You will also;
- Drive efficiencies and best practice across employment, learning & development, performance management, IR, OHS, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Develop, implement and review a human resources strategy aligned with the organisational strategic plan.
- Design and drive programs which proactively attract, grow and retain the right talent.
- Ensure the development and implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in Bus Management or HR and possess senior HR experience bringing with them outstanding people management skills. You will be a true generalist HR Manager, have demonstrated experience managing a geographically dispersed workplace, have experience managing IR disputes and be comfortable working on strategy development as well. We are seeking a true leader who possesses the ability to build excellent levels of support and rapport with staff and all levels of senior management.
