For over three decades, Wesley Employment Services has placed and supported jobseekers to find and stay in jobs, and worked closely with employers to match the right person to the job, supporting the placement to maintain successful employment outcomes.
Wesley is in the process of merging with 21 Uniting Care agencies to become one of the largest community service providers operating in Victoria and Tasmania, called Uniting. Find out more here.

About the opportunity
We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Employment Consultant to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation. Working in our Disability Employment Services Program, the position will assist job seekers to overcome their barriers to employment by securing ongoing sustainable employment. About you
We’re looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to helping people secure ongoing employment. Previous experience in the employment services field will be highly regarded. You will have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and the passion to work with disadvantaged people. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
