About the role
In conjunction with the Business Manager, you will contribute to the development of and implement the site operational plans. As an experienced leader, you will drive staff to deliver a quality service to our clients by providing strong and effective leadership, fostering a high performing culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and monitor site performance, including identifying, proposing and implementing workable solutions to resolve issues that may impact on sites ability to achieve performance targets
- Constructively deal with escalated site service issues, including any involving clients, in a timely manner
- In conjunctions with the Business Manager, monitor and analyse data and report on KPI for the sites and implement additional measures / solutions, as appropriate, to address any KPI shortfalls
- Engaging local community providers and Employers to support servicing strategies
