With a presence on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast QLD and in Tweed, Casino, Lismore, Ballina, Grafton and Coffs Harbour NSW we manage over 300 properties including 12 group homes throughout the region. As one of the largest and most diverse community service providers in the region, 3SA provides services such as disability and mental health accommodation and support, employment services, social housing, specialist homelessness services, child and family services, crisis support and community building.

About the role

The current industry reform agenda and timetable offers a unique opportunity for our services business to become even more successful by rapidly adapting to, and capitalising, on the changes and opportunities presented. Accordingly 3SA is looking for a dynamic transformational executive to lead the business through this exciting period. While the successful candidate will have significant management experience in the community services industry the preferred candidate will also have strong team building, organisational change management, customer service and commercial business management capabilities. This is a permanent full time position based in Coolangatta QLD with regular travel throughout northern NSW.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:
• tertiary qualifications in business, management or community services
• previous experience (10+ years) in a relevant management roles
• experience in a commercial environment
• recognised industry experience together with relevant operations management
• engagement of internal and external stakeholders
• proven ability to build relationships and build, lead and manage people through change
• demonstrated experience in building a leading edge customer service team/experience
• sound financial management skills and experience
• knowledge of NDIS and its impacts
• project management experience
• sound analytical and problem solving skills to achieve solution focussed outcomes
