As a key member of the senior leadership team and reporting to the Deputy CEO & COO, you will provide crucial, strategic leadership to realise a core strategic goal to get people housed. Managing two operational managers, the Getting Housing services include assessment and referral services and crisis accommodation facilities which employ approx. 110 EFT employees. The workforce is diverse and engaged, highly client-focused with a strong commitment to realising the organisation’s mission. Critical to your success in this challenging role will be the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation leading change, building a high performing team and driving new and innovative approaches to achieve the goals of the organisation.
Drawing on your outstanding relationship and negotiation skills, you will build and nurture key service and Government partnerships. Senior operational management experience within community and/or public sectors and a sound understanding of housing and homelessness is essential.
