About the role
Reporting to and working with a dedicated Committee of Management, this rare opportunity will enable you to deliver on the strategy and direction of the Centre and drive financial and operational excellence. As an energetic leader, you will inspire and manage a dedicated team of 10, and have the ability to innovate and achieve continuous improvement across the organisation.
A background in community services and an understanding of children’s services will be well regarded. Essential will be your high level stakeholder engagement, relationship management and advocacy skills to maintain existing marketing and fundraising channels and to develop new opportunities in government, corporate and community sectors.
