As part of ongoing strategic development, the Philanthropy Team is positioning itself for significant future growth to meet increasing community need – and is seeking an ambitious all-rounder to play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding a pipeline of Trusts and Foundations.

You will:

• Collaborate closely with service & program providers across the organisation and acquire a keen understanding of funding needs, and:
• Develop and nurture strong, effective and long-lasting relationships with philanthropic funding bodies and their key stake-holders.

Drawing on your strong grounding and history of success in Submissions Writing, you’ll play a key role in the broader Fundraising & Philanthropy framework – contributing to strategic planning processes and working with other internal stakeholders to assist them in understanding Vision Australia’s fundraising needs and processes. A big-picture thinker, you are open to new, ‘left of centre’ ideas and creative and innovative thinking.

Intrinsically passionate about and committed to researching, writing & submitting funding proposals, your natural ambition to fulfil and exceed targets, along with your outstanding positive, enthusiastic nature and exceptional team-spirit and collaboration, will see you highly engaged with organisation-wide mission and flourish in a positive workplace culture.
