Right now, an opportunity exists for an experienced leader and manager to join RANSW at an exciting point in their development. Already a multi-layered organisation of $30 million and 280 Full time employees, the organisation has recently created a new social enterprise model as the first step towards developing future commercial opportunities.

Sought is a strategic and entrepreneurial CEO with leadership experience of a significant enterprise, ideally, in health or community services, where you have demonstrated both industry leadership and commercial acumen. Your background will indicate a positive history of identifying innovative solutions and seizing opportunities to grow and develop an organisation. Supporting this experience will be tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.

Reporting to the Board you will lead the organisation across the interface of community services, government, advocacy, entrepreneurial direction and business development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the social space and improve our society during an exciting and challenging period for the health and community sector.

Naturally, for the right candidate an attractive contract will be negotiated.
