– National responsibility for capital assets

The Chief Property Officer will provide leadership and stewardship to transform the management and maintenance of TSA’s residential and commercial properties throughout Australia, using professional expertise to develop innovative and effective ways to maximise the utilisation and value of these significant capital assets. This role will be instrumental in leading the existing territorial property teams through transition to a unified property function.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a multi-faceted residential and
commercial property organisation with a strong market interface, and be a strategic thinker who can balance ‘big picture’ commercial focus with individual property needs. Strong project management experience is essential with the ability to generate innovative options and ideas. Tertiary qualifications in property will be highly regarded.
