As Director of Operations this newly created role will be a key contributing member of the leadership team driving change as the organisation focuses on their key reform priorities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will have oversight of the day-to-day operations across:

Finance,
IT
Administration,

Partner with their National Campaign Coordinators for the efficient and effective delivery of their critical campaigns. This fresh approach will see you at the centre of process improvement and reform as you manage and improve day-to-day operations to maximise effectiveness and efficiency in an environment of changing priorities.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and management of diverse business operational functions and principles relating to finance, budgeting, investment management, administration, IT and revenue generation. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills will be key as well as your ability to work effectively with, and provide support to, any non-financial colleagues. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in business management, finance or similar are preferred. Shared values and a passion for social justice is essential. Salary is commensurate with experience.
