The purposeful mission of the Continence Foundation of Australia is to represent Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and to act as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the senior management team, you will lead the development, management and operation of innovative and holistic marketing and communications strategies to drive awareness and achieve the mission.
Drawing on your demonstrated experience, expertise and creative flair, this exciting role allows you the scope to design, implement and evaluate fully integrated campaigns utilising contemporary channels including print, electronic and social media. Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build professional relationships at senior levels, manage stakeholders, PR and media relations.
This role presents an excellent career opportunity for a progressive thinking, dynamic professional preferably with experience within the health or not for profit sectors and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Along with leading a cohesive team of 3, your sound business acumen and financial management skills will be well utilised to develop and manage budgets, meet timelines and operational goals.
