This new, pivotal, role will work with BirdLife Australia teams to ensure that the BirdLife engagement journey motivates and inspires all supporters, donors, volunteers and members to take action. You will drive engagement strategy and campaigns to build a broad supporter base – engaging, organising and mobilising supporters to realise life-long value.
You have degree-level marketing, communications or business qualifications with strong direct marketing/supporter engagement experience. You are passionate about supporter engagement and experienced in developing successful data driven direct marketing and engagement outcomes. You are creative, analytic and strategic, a great motivator and team player and you have significant experience in creating and driving supporter pathways. A passion for quality, data driven direct marketing and engagement will be essential.
About the Organisation
With native birds declining more quickly than any other species in the animal kingdom and over 230 Australian bird species and subspecies already extinct, threatened with extinction or near threatened, the time to stop extinctions is now.
