Non Executive Director at Lifebridge Australia Ltd

The Lifebridge Board is seeking to appoint a new voluntary Director to join our committed team. We are seeking a person with demonstrated skills and experience in Marketing and PR disciplines, formal qualifications and ideally Board experience.

The role of Director is to provide direction, industry knowledge and experience to influence Lifebridge’s strategic direction. The Director will assess the alignment of the Marketing Strategy against Lifebridge’s strategic plan and ensure the strategy is executable, and appropriately resourced and supported.

The successful Director must have practical Marketing experience as well as, very strong business acumen.

General Board duties and information
• Leading and developing growth opportunities via traditional and digital channels
• Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C marketing
• High-level knowledge across the entire marketing mix
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Governance experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to effectively mitigate risk for the business
• Ability to function as an effective team member but also have the curiosity to ask questions and the courage to persist in robust discussions
• Community minded person of good standing with a strong sense of social justice and a commitment to good governance
• Integrity in fulfilling all duties and responsibilities
