Reporting to and working closely with the Human Resource Manager and Management Team, this is varied role has responsibilities in several key areas: developing and reviewing organisational policy; developing and implementing quality improvement systems; co-ordinating complaints and critical incident response and management.
About you:
You may have a background in Policy, Quality or have other relevant transferable skills and experience. You will have high level communication and Project Management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and to social justice.
On offer:
Full-time, ongoing position with a salary of $74,814.14 plus 9.5% super, salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading. Unison provides a flexible, supportive and family friendly work environment including 5 weeks annual leave.
