About the Role
Due to the impending retirement of some long standing Board Members we seek to appoint additional Board Members with skills and expertise across a broad base of disciplines. Skills in Finance, Legal and Property Management are particularly sought as well as those with Not for Profit experience
The Glenloch Board meets 11 times a year for approximately 2 hours. We have committees of Audit and Finance, Buildings, Risk Management and Fund Raising.
About the Organisation
Glenloch Inc is a Not for Profit organisation that provides affordable rental accommodation for Aged Pensioners. We are independent and not affiliated with any church or community organisation.
We own and manage 6 sites with 144 apartments and are currently constructing an additional site which will add 20 apartments to the portfolio. All our buildings are within the City of Stonnington, with our office in High Street Prahran.
Glenloch has a history of providing accommodation for Aged Victorians for more than 50 years. The organisation is financially sound, with a strong Balance Sheet and a consistent income stream. We are completely self funding and do not rely on grants or donations.
