About the role
SCHS is seeking an Executive Manager Clinical Services, with high-level leadership capability, superior management skills and expert clinical acumen. This is a key role, working collaboratively with the CEO and Executive team, in supporting and achieving SCHS’s strategic objectives to be an effective organisation and achieve future vision of SCHS. SCHS is currently transitioning into a new funding environment, resulting in changes to our current business model and service delivery. This position is integral to guiding our organisation through this change management process as we move into the future health system.
To meet the requirements of the role, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline, preferably to post-graduate level, and be able to demonstrate extensive senior level management experience in a complex health environment. Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, including the effective management of clinical risk management and client safety strategies particularly in service provision will be highly regarded.
