An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Project Sales Manager to promote and sell a range of CHC properties, both off-the-plan and completed, in alignment with CHC values and policy and procedure requirements.
With a strong housing delivery pipeline planned for Canberra in the coming years, CHC seek to appoint a Project Sales Manager to build strong customer relationships, acting as liaison and establishing trust between the buyer and CHC.
To enhance and strengthen the skills of the sales team through training and mentoring as well as by sharing product knowledge, teaching improved processes, and answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
