In this senior administration / finance role, you will work closely the Director of Corporate Affairs as well as managers across the whole National Office, to ensure our front line team can continue making important differences in peoples’ lives every day. Collaborative, organised and committed to the ethos of Uniting Care, you’ll be able to take charge of all aspects of office administration and day to day finance.

From assisting with fundraising campaigns and events, to organising network meetings, project support, booking travel and database management, nothing will be too much trouble! You’ll
thrive in a varied role, where your communication skills shine and your contribution is valued by the team every day.

About You

You’ll have experience in day-to-day management of accounts payable and receivable and be comfortable managing records of expenditure and purchases such as travel and catering. You’ll
have good analysis and problem solving skills, along with initiative – we want to hear any ideas you have for improvements to our processes!

Ideally you’ll have a qualification in business administration or accounting, but it’s your experience in managing financial transactions for a large organisation such as ours that’s most important. Great time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines will definitely set you in good stead for this role.

If you want a career move where your values of respect,  compassion, hope, justice, integrity and innovation are shared, don’t delay, apply now.
