About the role
- Key Responsibilities;
Reporting to the Financial Controller,
• Accounts payable & receivables
• GL, bank & credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll & superannuation
• Assisting with month-end reporting & budgeting
• Preparation of monthly & quarterly activity statements
• Banking & finance administration duties
- Selection Criteria;
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline desirable
• Essential to have a good working knowledge of MYOB
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in bookkeeping & administration
• Committed, self-motivated and have a high attention to detail
• Highly organised, have a sense of initiative and be able to meet deadlines
• Strong communicator with a willingness to engage with people
• Able to learn new tasks quickly and work autonomously
• Able to analyse data and identify potential issues
• Enjoy helping others
