About the role
Chief Executive Officer
Urban Seed is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and consolidation as we establish ourselves as placemakers in a number of sites across Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but highly capable team with deep placemaking skills, training and educating placemakers as well as growing social enterprises across several locations.
The ideal candidate will be a person of Christian faith, will have had considerable experience leading a faith based organisation and will have extensive placemaking / community development experience. It is expected the individual will promote the values of Urban Seed founded in theology, inspire and lead the organisation, is commercially astute and a strategic thinker and able to foster innovative and collaborative partnerships.
