Opportunity International Australia is a non-profit organisation which impacts the
lives of millions of the world’s poorest people.

A member of the Opportunity International Global Network, we provide financial
solutions and training that empower people living in poverty to transform their lives,
their children’s futures and their communities. We do this by supporting microfinance
organisations in developing communities in India, Indonesia, the Philippines and in
China, to help the poor establish and grow businesses, to earn regular incomes and
to insure against an uncertain future. We also provide complementary products such
as educational and agri loans and we facilitate healthcare programs.

With our current CEO Robert Dunn moving into the role of Global Executive Director,
we are looking for an outstanding CEO who is motivated by an active Christian faith
to provide strategic, financial, operational and spiritual leadership. This role offers a
unique challenge for a highly accomplished senior business leader who is forward looking,
strategic-thinking, and has strong leadership, financial, operational and
fundraising capabilities.

The position will be based at the organisation’s National Office in Circular Quay,
Sydney.
