This key role, reporting to the Executive Manager Fundraising & Development, is responsible for managing the organisation’s ThankQ database system and integrating it more effectively into PV’s operations. Key areas of responsibility embrace
– Data systems management
– Data and operational report design and creation
– Data integrity & compliance
– Fundraising operation systems
– High level strategic analysis of data and segmentation
– Supervise volunteers doing cyclical data entry work
You will identify opportunities for using data from multiple operational systems to improve targeted marketing and fundraising communications, lead data analysis to develop long-term supporter planning, maximise the potential of the ThankQ database system and engage with stakeholders to drive systemic integration of data and improve the management of donations and membership interaction.
For this important position you will need at least 3-5 years experience in database analysis/management, 2-4 years experience in designing and generating reports and the ability to research and recommend database strategies in a growing environment.
The position is conveniently located in Surrey Hills, close to Chatham Station.
