General Manager, Family & Community Services

The General Manager Family & Community Services will provide overall strategic and operational leadership to ensure that the Family and Community Services division is effective, sustainable and supports Centacare’s strategic direction. This role will work collaboratively with the other General Manager Family and Community Services, to strengthen the team environment and to ensure operational consistency across the division.

Key responsibilities of the role include developing and maintaining relationships with government and strategic partners. The incumbent is also responsible for all program/service planning, development and staffing within the Family and Community Services designated portfolio. Programs include the Victims Assistance program, Youth Justice Group Conferencing, Youth Justice Community Support Services and Cradle to Kinder service.
