The Role The Accountant is responsible for managing and delivering key aspects of the STARTTS finance function to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate financial management of the organisation. This position is based in our head office in Carramar, together with other finance team members to ensure STARTTS financial information is accurate and up-to date and to provide high quality financial services. The appointee will be able to work flexibly and communicate well with staff and external services. The successful applicant will be part of a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team. Skills Required You will be a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or have equivalent status with demonstrated hands-on experience within the financial management function of a small to medium organisation. You will have analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and high level of administrative and organisational capability. You will be a highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively within a multicultural team setting. Work Type: Full time, 38 hours per week. Contract up to 2 years (continuation subject to ongoing funding)
Location: Carramar
Salary: Health Manager Level 2 range – $90,827 – $107,728 per annum plus Superannuation.
A generous salary packaging scheme is also offered to reduce the taxable income and increase the take home pay.
