The Membership & Fundraising Coordinator works with both members and donors to improve and implement the membership and fundraising strategies, and reports to the Executive Manager Fundraising & Development. Your key responsibilities are to
– Develop and implement the membership strategy
– Activate membership outreach
– Steward relationships with members and donors
– Accurately maintain member records
– Monitor and process membership payments
– Build comprehensive donor profiles
– Provide administration support for Fundraising
This broad role requires a people person who enjoys contact with the community, can build rapport, communicate effectively and engage with discretion. You will need at least 3-5 years experience in a membership role, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. Knowledge of ThankQ or a similar fundraising database would be an advantage.
The position is conveniently located in Surrey Hills, close to Chatham Station.
