We are a respected national leader in end of life care, working closely with consumers, our Member Organisations and the palliative care workforce to improve access to, and promote the need for, palliative care.

Your Role
If you have extensive experience in coordinating national programs and share PCA’s vision of quality palliative care for all, this could be the career opportunity you’ve been looking for. Reporting to the National Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering programs in accordance with PCA’s strategic direction and contractual responsibilities. Using your high level communication skills, you’ll build strong, influential and productive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
About you
Your relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role will enable you to take the initiative in managing programs, projects and contracts with Government and other funding bodies. Strong analytical skills will be crucial in this role, including the ability to analyse and interpret information, deal with challenges creatively to achieve business focused solutions, and present clearly written reports. You will have experience in the not-for-profit, health or disability sector and understand the environment we are operating in within Australia.
