• $100,000 – $110,000 per annum plus superannuation

The National Disability Insurance Scheme has engaged Early Childhood (ECEI) Partners around Australia to deliver the ECEI approach. The Brotherhood of St Laurence is the Early Childhood Partners for the North East Melbourne area, Hume Moreland area and Bayside Peninsula areas.

The ECEI approach supports children aged 0-6 years who have a developmental delay or disability and their families/carers. The ECEI approach supports families to help children develop the skills they need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their life. The ECEI team is a team of experienced early intervention specialists who are responsible for delivering the range of ECEI functions including assessment, planning and interventions in line with the NDIA guidelines and Early Childhood Intervention Australia (ECIA) best practice.

Position Purpose
The Senior Manager ECEI is responsible for the implementation and management of the NDIS ECEI approach in their contracted area of responsibility. This position is responsible for ensuring that:
• monitoring, reporting and ensuring contractual and organizational KPIs (including client satisfaction)
• processes are implemented and continuously improved so that services are delivered to the required quality standard; and
• the workforce is built and developed as a focused and highly effective team.

The Senior Manager ECEI will lead a team of specialists who will assess children , provide short team interventions and develop plans for those eligible for the NDIS. This position is also responsible for building stakeholder and partner relationships within the region, to ensure that a high quality and consistent service is provided to children and their families.
