Reporting to a progressive Board, you will provide exemplary leadership and skilled management to a talented executive team, supported by a ‘Wish Force’ of 1,200 amazing volunteers and staff across the country, through sound business principles, effective people management, and guiding marketing & communications. Digital transformation and engagement across the organisation will be an important focus for the future.
To succeed in this pivotal position you will need outstanding strategic planning skills, strong marketing expertise and sound financial literacy. You must be able to represent the organisation at all levels, building effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
