The role of Carelink Coordinator may be your next move…

Carelink is the Customer Management Information System CatholicCare has chosen to manage client data for our Disability, Out of Home Care, Family Support and Children’s Services programs across the Diocese. Disability Futures has moved to the Carelink platform and the business is currently migrating Out of Home Care and Department of Social Service funded programs to Carelink over the coming months, with the remaining programs set to follow.

The Carelink Coordinator will to continue to lead this project, strengthening processes and practices as the business migrates and ensuring the smooth transition of each program, and the buy in, understanding and support of business stakeholders. Reporting to the (?), the Carelink Coordinator supervises a Carelink Administration Support and Business Process Analyst.

The Carelink Coordinator will interface with a network of other Carelink Leads in the Carelink Consortium, which includes CatholicCare Wollongong, Sydney and Wagga, to implement the Carelink software consistently across each of these sites. In particular the Carelink Coordinator role is supported by the Project Director for the Consortium, an experienced Director who is highly regarded by the Carelink Leads across the Consortium.
