About the role
An exciting opportunity to join the Development team at BirdLife Australia and inspire Australians to stop bird extinctions. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Development Officer to assist, support and coordinate a busy programme of internal and external fundraising activities to grow our donor income streams, build, nurture and maintain key supporter relationships.
You’ll be joining a small team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play an important role in contributing to our growth through effective fundraising. With a broad range of responsibilities from working with the Development Manager to plan and implement the appeals program, support the BirdLife Australia Legacy program, co-ordinate donor events and functions and be the first point of contact for donors. It’s a great way to get lots of different Development experience in this friendly and supportive team.
