Executive Officer, Confident Girls Foundation

The Confident Girls Foundation is looking for an outstanding Executive Officer to provide strategic, financial, operational and fundraising leadership. This role offers a unique challenge for a highly accomplished senior leader to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy and provide leadership and operational management for the Confident Girls Foundation, Netball Australia’s charitable entity.

Most importantly, you will have a passion for, and demonstrated success in, managing and driving fundraising / revenue growth.

Lead and implement the strategic development of the Foundation with a focus on fundraising to drive and achieve ambitious revenue growth.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a dynamic individual with outstanding communication and personal skills who enjoys building working relationships with philanthropists and philanthropic foundations and partners to generate funds.

The position is offered full-time or part-time, to be negotiated with the successful candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available.Salary Packaging is available as an Rebatable Employer.

Fixed term contract to 14 December 2018.

The position will be based at Netball Australia’s National Office in Johnston Street, Fitzroy, Victoria.

The position reports to the Confident Girls Foundation Board and day-to-day to the Deputy CEO, Netball Australia.
