With an enviable reputation built over 34 years, Camp Quality believes every child impacted by cancer should have every opportunity to thrive. The organisation aims to do this by providing innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged between 0 and 13 growing up with cancer, and their families. More recently, services have been broadened to include support for children who have a parent or primary care-giver diagnosed with cancer.

You will be responsible for working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure that all services and programs being delivered by the organisation show a tangible, positive social return on investment.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for not only ensuring successful delivery of impactful programs to the organisation’s key stakeholders but auditing the current program offering and driving continuous improvement and innovation through new and existing channels. Embracing technology, you will lead the strategic development of Camp Quality’s services and programs and ensure they are implemented consistently across Australia and are best practice.

You will be a strong, innovative, energetic leader with the capability to lead a high performing team. You will have a deep understanding of, and considerable experience in, best practice, service and program delivery combined with a strong commercial acumen. Drawing on your previous experience, you will demonstrate an excellent ability to build rapport and deepen relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a critical role in Camp Quality, at a pivotal time in its evolution.
