The Office of Alumni Relations and Philanthropy (AR&P) is responsible for the leadership and delivery of key strategic fundraising & engagement programs to support the priorities of ANU and for developing and sustaining positive relations with alumni and donors.

About the role

The Manager, Advancement Information Services will be responsible for the integrity, development, maintenance and training on the University’s alumni and donor database, while effectively managing a small team to deliver high level customer service.  The role will develop and implement enrichment, analytics, reporting & training frameworks that optimise the use of the database, providing high level input to management and strategy across AR&P and more broadly across the University.

A proven ability to effectively optimise business outcomes through the use of sophisticated systems and reporting mechanisms is essential. This experience will be matched by your highly effective communication and negotiation skills which will ensure you are able to implement change at a strategic level while delivering high quality client service to internal and external stakeholders.
