The Office of Alumni Relations and Philanthropy (AR&P) is responsible for the leadership and delivery of key strategic fundraising & engagement programs to support the priorities of ANU and for developing and sustaining positive relations with alumni and donors.

About the role

This is your opportunity to join one of the world’s foremost research universities during an exciting and significant period of growth.

AR&P is now seeking a Manager, Advancement Services who will be responsible for the governance, gift administration and client services functions of the Advancement Services team.  These functions include management and oversight of the ANU Endowment for Excellence, including the development and implementation of management strategies and a governance framework for funds, individually and as a whole.

You will bring demonstrated experience in developing and implementing best practice policies, procedures and business processes to deliver a broad range of client service, financial and governance functions.  Your outstanding leadership and communication skills, combined with your strategic insight will ensure success in this role.  Experience working in legal, finance, governance, government and/or policy development will also be viewed favourably.
