An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced operator with a broad range of knowledge and experience of aged care policy and related national reforms to join our team in Kooyong, Melbourne. This role is to be performed in a Permanent Full Time Capacity.

Responsibilities

In the role of Aged Care Lead at Vision Australia you will:

•Lead policy and systemic advocacy work
•Provide intelligence on national aged care reform statu
•Identify key opportunities for Vision Australia to support older adult clients in a financially sustainable way
•Coordinate and report on Older Adults Action Plan activitie
•Support optimal Older Adults Action Plan governance arrangement
•Coordinate Older Adults Steering Group
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

•Understanding of aged care policy and related national reforms
•Strategic and commercial acume
•Project management skills
•Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
